The reality of the BSB paddock. Brutal, bold & honest . What an episode! You could've edited a 'safer' episode, yet you shared the full reality of it all. Choosing to show warts & all as a fan is very much appreciated! GREAT series. Thanks DAO 👊🏻
Very open and honest series, credit where its due this has showed the ugly side of the sport a little to where the hard and cut throat decisions need to be made, which I think from reading the comments most people don't like viewing. Been a greats series to watch hopefully they keep it going into the 2025 season.
Ive watched all of this series so far, you can see why it didn’t work with either rider, the atmosphere in the team is horrendous, a happy team is a good team and when the blame is being thrown around it certainly is a happy camp. They certainly won’t be getting any better in 2025 if they carry on like this with the guy who runs the team. I’m suprised anyone would want to work in an atmosphere like that. When you hear off people like Alan at OMG you can see why he’s successful and these aren’t.
As good as this series has been I can’t help but think it’s not doing the team any favours. Loved Jonny on chasin the racing but watching this has changed my mind about him
I've watched every episode and that team manager clearly has an issue with Danny Buchan!! For a young lad I don't understand how he's a team manager but he obviously doesn't respect anyone so nobody is gonna respect him. And the results show that....
I have really enjoyed this series. It seems to me Jonny to want to change many things rather than sort the problem or appreciate that his expectations are too high for a new team. The Data guy goes, then returns. The team changed bikes for next season but it was not the fastest Kawasaki, now the riders are gone. If the owners want success maybe they should look at replacing Jonny. As I said a great series but not sure this episode shows the team in a great light and maybe sponsors would think twice about being associated with them.
No idea who Johnny is other than his role as team manager. Stating a rider has got worse over the season after viewing the data? As manager, why weren't you viewing the data and comparing it after every race ? Horrendous thing to do publicly. I'm guessing you've done both riders a favour and that they'll flourish with the support of a good / professional team manger.
I've watched them all and that Jonny is a bellend in every episode!! He's a young lad so no idea how he got that job but he has no respect for anyone so his team don't respect him!
If they need a complete change, surely Jonny has to go? Just look at PBM, FHO or even Honda UK, perfect examples or team management with regards to love and respect for everyone in the team regardless of a rider leaving. Toxic work environment due to toxic management style.
Wow, maybe instead of blaming and slating the riders maybe you should take a look at management. It’s the same in any business if the leadership team is wrong then there will never be results. The owners of the team need to make more changes if they want results. All you have done is ruined riders reputations in the sport especially when Danny was a top 5 championship rider in the past. Poor management by Johnny and a shit bike is what the problem is.
Wow having watched the whole series, its pretty clear the team atmosphere is dead, johnny being the main issue looks a total nightmare to workwith, whats his credentials in racing or team management? Danny would have been a good fit for the honda too, pity 2 careers tarnished by a arrogant self important 🔔 end putting out a shit bike.
Each of these videos shows precisely why the team has lacked success on short circuits. Terrible leadership, non supportive and arrogant. Watch all the other BSB videos, FHO, Rapid Honda, OMG… all fully support their rider. They succeed as a team and lose as a team, not like this.
How on earth is he comparing Braydon’s rookie season to Nesbit and Cook? Those lads have had previous seasons in support classes racing these unique tracks. Awful team atmosphere in parts of these videos, listen to Alan Gardner’s podcast with Joe talbot’s expectations for 2025 and see how a championship winning team manage their rookies.
@@45mx yeah that’s true. But still after that he still goes on to compare what Braydon has done compared to those two guys. Regardless, the way that team manager talks about his riders is ridiculous
Careful, these lot have a habit of threatening legal action if you say anything too upsetting. So glad these lot are showing themselves for what they really are finally. It’s taken a few years but constantly destroying peoples careers putting people out on shit bikes is finally catching them up. Terrible team, terrible management with even worse owners!!
It’s very naive to think your gonna win a championship on a cheap Kawasaki, dao will never win anything with that atmosphere in the camp. Johnnys gotta go.
Superbikes are not easy to adjust to I watched a little presentation with Ben spies on them His take was sorta if they are right and you push them they will respond If they aren't right and you push them They will b the worse pig you've ever rode and will give you nothing regardless of their power and straight line speed and you'd have a quicker lap on a well tuned stocker On slicks It's evident from the isle of man I do understand it's not a short course and some of the bumps and track conditions (damp shady patches road patches changing grip sections )(+ weather differences in separate sectors ) dont cater to a superbike allover the lap We've seen some spectacular laps on superstock bikes Ben says riding a superbike is like riding a tyre iron that's super quick But setup is everything Braydo is a very competitive superstock circuit racer He is NOT a superbike rider he is learning it can take up to 4 years if a rider is steady and the team are having strife Yes he has had a season or a tad more on one But one thing I know about this young man is he adjusts steadily It seems as if he's faltering and he will make a lil jump towards success with the right team He chips at things He is by no means a do or die and rash character His superstock track record speaks for itself( I know )close but no cigar If these people have not got the patience time and money to nurture these attributes or run a stocker in their team for him it's their loss And he's better off gone Trouble is now he has to reset and adjust again he just has not gelled With that bike this year someone give that young man a good superstock fireblade to ride next year trouble is it needs to start happening now pls There's been people along his road that have written him off even in superstock They changed their tune once he started getting podiums and the odd win This team with Johnny at the helm Needs results fast but it's like they retard their success through some unusual decisions I must say though the owners have looked after him as a human untill this point shame it had to end on the no contact basis Good luck braydo Good luck Danny Go DAO get your shit together again Hope the Honda and by rumour Brooksey do you justice He knows his stuff trouble is hes been riding a BMW You may all b lucky

That Jonny guy seems a right nightmare! If josh Brookes is riding for them next year I genuinely think josh would end up knocking him out!!

Love love love this series

Great insight , thank you for making this series , looking forward to seeing DAO progress next year .
Dam, that was difficult viewing.... but dont stop, amazing series.

Who is Jonny? What's his background?? Did he race bikes??
@@ryanthomas1510 watch the chasin the racing podcast with him, they will ask him his history and background with bikes.

It’s obvious the issue, the manager!

Jonny wasn’t if you watch it again he says brayden was comparing himself to max and Charlie
@@45mx yeah that’s true. But still after that he still goes on to compare what Braydon has done compared to those two guys. Regardless, the way that team manager talks about his riders is ridiculous

Superbikes are not easy to adjust to
I watched a little presentation with Ben spies on them
His take was sorta if they are right and you push them they will respond
If they aren't right and you push them
They will b the worse pig you've ever rode and will give you nothing regardless of their power and straight line speed and you'd have a quicker lap on a well tuned stocker
On slicks
It's evident from the isle of man
I do understand it's not a short course and some of the bumps and track conditions (damp shady patches road patches changing grip sections )(+ weather differences in separate sectors ) dont cater to a superbike allover the lap
We've seen some spectacular laps on superstock bikes
Ben says riding a superbike is like riding a tyre iron that's super quick
But setup is everything
Braydo is a very competitive superstock circuit racer
He is NOT a superbike rider he is learning it can take up to 4 years if a rider is steady and the team are having strife
Yes he has had a season or a tad more on one
But one thing I know about this young man is he adjusts steadily
It seems as if he's faltering and he will make a lil jump towards success with the right team
He chips at things
He is by no means a do or die and rash character
His superstock track record speaks for itself( I know )close but no cigar
If these people have not got the patience time and money to nurture these attributes or run a stocker in their team for him it's their loss
And he's better off gone
Trouble is now he has to reset and adjust again he just has not gelled
With that bike this year
someone give that young man a good superstock fireblade to ride next year trouble is it needs to start happening now pls
There's been people along his road that have written him off even in superstock
They changed their tune once he started getting podiums and the odd win
This team with Johnny at the helm
Needs results fast but it's like they retard their success through some unusual decisions
I must say though the owners have looked after him as a human untill this point shame it had to end on the no contact basis
Good luck braydo
Good luck Danny
Go DAO get your shit together again
Hope the Honda and by rumour
Brooksey do you justice
He knows his stuff trouble is hes been riding a BMW
You may all b lucky
Johnny and the bike is the problem!!! Not Danny …
