Thank you! After playing Yang style for many years I will practice these four jin. When I feel competent I will share them with my students. All the best to you and yours! Laoshr #60 Ching Yi Kung Fu Association
It seems so simple. How much should i practice this, & what is this for, exactly? Also, does your weight shift? For Peng, weight in front leg; Lu, weight in back leg; Ji, weight in front leg; and An, weight on back leg again. Is that correct?
A friend of mine recently recommended to learn tai chi online with The tai chi academy from Chris Davis, with Discover Taiji from Adam Mizner or taijiacademy from Liang de Hua in the next lock down period What do you think?
You have to explain what you are doing internally. Talk about breath and song. It has to be step by step. For example, if you can not relax properly then you can not get to the flow. Opening the joints is key but if you are tense and not breathing correctly then nothing happens. I want to know those things and I know you have that knowledge. Please tell me how to relax and how to move and what to think about during training. I am asking a lot, I know. But it is all necessary, right?
This is extremely useful...
Thank you so much for sharing it with us !
