2020 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid Test Drive & Review

This is the last year of the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid! This one comes in iced mocha on ebony leather interior. The powertrain consists of a 2 liter gas engine paired with an electric motor, and power goes through a CVT. Standard features include bluetooth audio, backup camera, and XM radio. Options include a navigation system, power sunroof, and adaptive cruise control with active park assist.

Just bought a 2020 MKZ hybrid about a month ago. Love the car. Agree with you about a preference for the hybrid over the gas. I drove some back to back and that was my conclusion. It's really smooth, comfortable, quiet. It has exceeded my expectations. THANKS for your review.

It's a hybrid. The gasoline engine charges the battery. The gas engine takes a break and shuts off. The electric engine runs the car until the battery is low. Then the electric engine comes on again and charges the battery. Such is life in a hybrid vehicle for 200k+ miles.
