Heat is definitely an RC killer. Your vid of the truck show was Epic. Glad it was a battery!!!! Pump diaphragms can be a real problem in extreme conditions. Always a pleasure Brother! Right On 👊

I'm glad you got them working properly again. I still need to replumb my 450 so it's all even and see if that fixes my weird lift and drop issues.

@RCEveryday i think you have moisture in your lines and struts, on the honda you can hear it gurgling when you activated the lift in the front and in the truck i heard it when it was lowering in the rear end when you had to give it a little help to go down after the 2nd time you raised the rear, take the lines off and use some canned air to get the lines clear and the pump should clear it out if you take the lines off and cycle it a few times and let gravity do the work, as far as getting the water to the ports probably block off one side and tilt/roll it to the other port to get the water all out of the canister

Someday I'll make my own airride system using small pneumatic plastic pistons from learners kits...... i figure something with a servopump and small lowpressure airtank with a servo flipping a t-valve for release or building pressure and then have the pistons mounted on springs for shockabsorption... I got a pretty clear picture in my mind of how it could work... all I need is time, precious time... :D
p.s attach the airride remotes to the rc controllers somehow! :)
I hear that. I attempted making my own a few times. Even with the Lego pneumatickits. Just never could get it smooth enough. Never enough time or money either.

To reduce the kinking on the tubes coming from the pump reconfigure the T pieces into a Y shape to reduce the sharp angles.
I need to measure the lines to try and find some different fittings. That would fix it
You could also get a thin steel wire and coil it round the air lines then bend them into shape to fit the vehicle, the wire will prevent them kinking
Also, have heard of a "flow control vs a regulator"?
To get the Honda to lift straight I'd put an anti roll bar on the front, I've noticed on my real car with air ride pipe diameter makes a huge difference in pressures and speeds as the front of my car sits nice at 40psi while the rear says 60psi but the front even with the diesel engine comes up and down a lot slower with the valve being in the boot so I'm hoping if I fit a larger pipe for the front it should speed things up a bit. Not sure if it will effect the pressures though
Mine does that too. I think it's the longer air hose from the manifold to the struts

Have you tried using receiver swithes directly from your radio? Man thats alot more fun when its all in one place
Not only do yoy have the range of your radio, but theres alot of cheap analog/digital radios out there, ive used flysky fsgt5, dumbo 6ch w/gyro, and radiolink 4&6 ch types. Allocating switches is doable AND easy with radiolink, however "for w/e the reason" the 4ch radio and 6ch receiver are MUCH more reliable....whichbsucks because the 7ch RX has voltage telemetry so thats a bummer. And to be clear, ive had 8 radios and countless receivers to this point. Their cheap....so its still doable to jist get new ones. Im still waaaaay cheaper than the spek, futa, etc of the world. And ive not heard much from people that have em sayin anything diff really. So yea, thats what ive got for ya. Hope it helps if you havent already been down this road

I've been seriously thinking about getting a couple of those same helios batteries to replace my eflite battery in my crawler. Would that b a good battery for it?
They have been great for me! The 3000 3s has been my favorite for crawlers since its a little smaller and fits in all my scale trucks

Sounds like the esc needs programmed or reset.
