I was always running to the emergency room at least 3 times a year with my boys, but not anymore, after I watched Barbara’s videos she save me and my kids, I don’t need doctors anymore. Research God's time/calendar in Genesis 1:14. God MAY allow “The Powers To Be “ to enforce some type of “Sabbath Law” to see if we will keep His law or no before He delivers His scattered people from the nations. How can the true Sabbath be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, etc, if we are commanded by God in Genesis 1:14 to let the lights in heaven be for days, years, etc.? Besides, the beginning of God's months start with the new moon days. The Gregorian Calendar hanging on our walls, in our houses, do not start it’s months with the new moon day as the scriptures testify. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on that time/calendar....How can the beginning of the month start in the midst of a month or, how can the first day of the month also be the seventh day Sabbath? God has three category of days, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day, they never, ever, overlaps each other. Ezekiel 46:1-3, 2 Kings 4:17-23. Look at the scriptures in Genesis 7:11, Genesis 8:4,5,13,14 and tell me what and whose time/calendar is being used here? We must abandon our traditions, stop worshiping God in vain and do things God’s way. Sensible good woman. I should have known she was a Seventh Day Adventist. Some of the healthiest people in the world and the most food knowledgeable. Ellen white taught them well. I have heard that fruit is in fact higher in nutrients than vegetables, reason being that the fruit tree takes longer to grow and bear their fruit thereby having more minerals. Years ago I read about a man who for some reason had decided to pretty much fast for an extended time, 30 years if my memory serves me correctly. He chose oranges for reasons I don’t know but I think apples would have given him all his daily needs. Anyway he did it, only oranges for 30 years and lived well enough to tell the tale. I might add that the good Ellen White, a teacher from the Seventh Day Adventists, had an actual specific way she taught to grow trees properly. That is an amazing study in itself. Ensures a strong healthy tree that grows fast and bears much fruit quickly. Anyway I love Barbara along with anyone else that watches her.

I'm Romanian and I eat mainly meat, no veg. No issues with constipation so long as my water intake is adequate. All of my health issues have left me on an animal-based diet. Perhaps it's not for everyone but when medical professionals make blanket statements like ' meat rots in the gut' etc., it's quite irresponsible.
God is using her in a mighty way. I follow and listen to her videos as I exercise and do house chores. I wish to meet her in person and let her be my mentor
I really love a lot of what she has to say. I specifically like that she doesn’t push her own personal vegetarian practice. After the standard American diet for most of the my life, I’ve been keto for the last six years. Lost 30#, never felt better since I was very young. Leaning now toward more ketovore. But I really appreciate her health tips and discussing minerals and vitamins and the use of various things like castor oil.

Blood type plays a part. Blood type O, do better on a meat diet. Blood type A does better on vegetables
But meat does rot in the stomach...that's scientific. In some people it just takes longer to show as being a problem.
