Quick question, why do you do your “accessory day” D3 before your secondary squat and deadlift days? Wouldn’t that d3 session fatigue you more ? Shouldn’t the D4 and D5 have a higher priority than D3?
Definitely take time off vloging. Your videos are fantastic but the comp is what's important right now. Enjoy the break from UA-cam. Clear your mind and focus.
