the example every lifter should follow. those huge weigths seen on IG are sexy for sure, but I find more interesting learning from Bryce whos philosophy is clearly getting better little by little, listening to the body, working hard enough and smartly. I personally see my self in 10 years, after putting 10 kgs per year, and not torturing my body to squeeze those few more kgs every training block just to post a new weekly PR on social media. What a great example for the new generations this MUST be

They're a small step up from the 2's, but feel more stable. The sides of the shoe feel more comfortable and I highly suggest them over the 3's
