Active Listings: Up from last month but still facing an inventory shortage compared to five years ago.
Sales: Increased from the previous month but down from last year and significantly lower than five years ago.
Median Sale Price: Soared to $222,700 last month, a massive increase from $155,000 five years ago!
Days to Sell: Homes are flying off the market in just 12 days, down from 40 days five years ago. 🔥
