Great Routine!
I love the bullet/gun effect. Simple yet strong effect.
I feel it could be improved by adding a palmed "bullet" and catch it /produce it before it hits the deck.
Then ask the audience member to shoot again and produce the card with hole and continue. I think it would make the cadence and overall effect a bit stronger!

I've actually played with a few ideas similar to your suggestion, having a bullet drop from the deck which is engraved with the card, or another piece of information.

when are magicians going to stop at the damn card tricks. the moment I see a deck of cards you lost my interest I'm sorry I might be a a magician's prude but it's not really magic so you're not a magician it's just a trick... a card trick.
is 2,024 we're supposed to be having flying cars in these people still play with decks of cards.
be innovative, do something different!!!
