A tribute to Elvis.
I know
Not necessarily. Sometimes I don't like a video and read the comments just to see what people are saying and to complain. Of course I would not do that here because it's an awesome song.
The range of this band is incredible
IT'S UNBELIEVAVBLE FR
I'd be honored if some Queen fans would come by & give a quick listen to my acoustic piano & vocal live performance of RADIO GA-GA in tribute to one of the band's top 80s-era hits and to Roger Taylor (who wrote the song). Live with no autotune or digital editing. Peace & stay safe.
there was something really vulnerable about Freddie. he almost seems fragile. beautiful, talented man.
yeah-he put himself out there into that shared space with the audience-interacted through the music-a true artist... it's a big call, but he's probably the best ever
There weren't very many male singers who could seem both tough and vulnerable at the same time. Elvis could do it. Frankie Valli and Dion could do it. John Lennon, sometimes. Freddie may have been the last who could pull it off. Bruce Springsteen can still do it, but Queen debuted after the E Street Band, so Freddie would be the last.
Nan Bollinger he had HIV so yeah in a way he was fragile.

As a kid I started loving Queen so much my Dad was sick of it. He got two concert tickets and was gonna send my mom along. Mom pretends to be sick so dad takes me. 30 minutes into the drive I realize he went wrong direction on purpose. We make it to concert, awesome performance, Freddy showing even the ones sitting in the sides love by climbing up and greeting... my Dad entered concert dispising Queen but walked out loving them.

One of the greatest songs of Queen. What a masterpiece ❤️
Bless all the members of Queen. This was the song that first got me playing "air guitar" and finally, learning to play guitar and then writing songs. It's funny how one single song can set a person off and release whatever held them back. I learned too late to do anything with my new-found love, but it was fun trying to make it in an unforgiving industry. And I will never forget or stop enjoying this music and how it set me free!
Anyone else seen the Bohemian Rhapsody trailer and is now devouring Queen vids? They were geniuses.
My sister got me addicted. We've always loved Queen, but Nicki has become obsessed in recent days (yes, the biopic is responsible)......so, as a consequence, have I.
Yes and can’t wait. So sad he’s no longer with us.
Tom Ripley ha, YES. That’s all my son and I have been doing. I’ve loved them all my life, and so has he, but we are on a binger for sure. I also listened to an amazing book called “someone to love” on audible. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
Kennedy Greer I'll check that book out. I have some credits on Audible.
I think Queen's songs will still be relevant long after today's music has been forgotten. Their songs are 28 to 40 years old and sound as fresh as if they were recorded yesterday. The movie is going to embed them more into today's culture. What a legacy this band will leave.
Tom Ripley Indeed. People always use the word “timeless,” and I don’t always agree, but with Queen, it’s true. I really hope you do check out that book. I wish everyone would, before seeing the movie. That’s how I learned about Brian and Roger’s band Smile. I understand so many of the small details in the trailer because of it. Def worth a listen :)
