@@2sense110 yes really.Its deeper then you think when you constantly get compared to your siblings or anybody in general. Along with self esteem. It gets annoying and can make you feel less than. So yes really. If it hurts cry if its funny then laugh. People like you make others feel bad for expressing how they feel.

These episodes are why we fell in love with The Real AND with these ladies. We felt a connection to them like “oh my God I have that insecurity too how come someone like YOU has it?” and it only made us love them and support them even more.
They are exactly the type of friendship and chemistry I dreamt of all my life, they remind me of bratz and all those fashionable 2000s girly shows with friendships
I was waiting on this episode to be posted! It by far is one of the best girl chat moments when the ladies discussed baggage. Of Tamera’s story hit me the most because I’m a twin as well, but a lot of people can relate from all the ladies stories! I appreciate them for always being so open, through all eights seasons of the show.

what loni said about dressing hit a cord with me because i was criticized in school for my clothes and actually for wearing the same clothes over and over. it’s so insensitive and insulting to judge someone for their appearance. i carried that baggage with me and still do and felt this pressure to look “desirable” or “impressive” with clothes, hair, jewelry, shoes, etc… all materialistic bs. substance over style all day everyday.
i think what jeannie said is so significant to society and so toxic to us as human beings but it happens to everyone. society, social media, reality tv, and the internet put out this false narrative that their is only one kind of beautiful. that you gotta look a certain way. that we have to change who god made us to be. that we aren’t good enough. we come out the womb and trained to hate ourselves. jeannie’s words are so powerful and heartfelt about not having to change who you are to love yourself and to follow your passion 💯❤️
tamera’s statement about not feeling sexy spoke to me loud n clear!! she’s also expressed how finding a companionship was difficult and not feeling desired by guys like guys don’t want you. that’s REAL real! i feel that’s the story of my life. feel like guys only want one certain type of female. i’m a pretty young thang and i completely relate to wanting to feel grown and sexy, not just “cute.” every woman is their own kind of beauty and their own kind of sexy.
what adrienne said about feeling desirable and insecure about your status and what you got going for yourself hit home for me the most. i daily feel insecure about not reaching my potential with things, feeling like everyone my age is passing me or moving up, and feeling like i’m not good enough or no guy would want me because of it. it’s such a false narrative and such a lie we tell ourselves. i once heard that “we are not what we do.” your job/career, what you have or have not accomplished does not define you. who you are on the inside defines you. a guy will truly love you for you, not for what you do and what you got. it still hurts and sucks but understanding who you are and loving yourself first is a journey and the cure for that.
this was a beautiful girl chat. it shows we all got pain no matter if you rich or poor, single or in a relationship, famous or non-famous. we will work through out pain and traumas and struggles and overcome them ✨

Baggage Claim!!! I think baggage is subconscious way of holding onto things and putting them into ur memory bank ! But it’s up to us and our actions on what to do to not let that baggage hold us back ! Whether it’s a job saying no… being bullied…. Dealing with toxic relationships… abuse…etc ! Let it go , let God and all will fall into place ♥️🙏🏾

You could see that Tam and Loni are so close friends because whenever Tam cries or is about to cry, first person she looks at is Loni cause she knows Loni will give her the security to be able to share whatever that's heavy on her. I love their relationship😍

Tamar has a dog. There's feces, urine, saliva, dirt, grass and other germs all over her home and them. People who live with animals will never classify as germophobes. 😂

@@aubreetate5393 That dog was living with her on the reality show with David. My point is that as a true germophobe, I had to stop hanging out with people who live with animals. I am allergic to their clothes, furniture, skin and hair. My face and body will breakout from all that bacteria. I have perfect skin, and I do not wear makeup. Also, they smell awful no matter their soap, cologne and febreeze. Many people live with animals so they are immune to their and others smell. 😂

Its about possibly losing out on love, because of being unaccomplished. Most people don't wanna be alone or end up alone when they're older, so she felt like she'd miss out on love if she was unsuccessful, cause if a man is gonna date an actress/singer, most men wanna date a successful, working actress/singer, not someone who's unemployed and struggling to find jobs.

Why do Tamera cry almost every episode I know she gets emotional easily, but sometimes you have to learn when its important to cry and when you're making a habit out of it. I mean who would cry if someone said their goofy and cute????? People say that about me and it's not the worst thing I ever heard. Tamera has to be tough and learn to be confident and not care what people think . Now I understand Tamar crying and getting emotional because if she said she had a skin condition and she use to be bullied that's something serious, but don't just cry because you have tear ducts.
Lets be honest; when you're grown, most women wanna be validated in their adulthood by adult titles, like sexy, not by more childlike titles, like cute and goofy. A lot of us consider cute and goofy to be for kids. We tend to have this thing where we wanna be given titles that solidify our adulthood, so Tamera, being a young adult back then, being called childlike names was almost like people were stripping away her adulthood and kinda putting her in a child's place compared to Tia.
This is season 1 so they’re skipping the test season yeah? Cuz a lot of the fun, crazy clips are from that season? Or is that actually season 2 and I’m misremembering? 🥲
