This was an EXCELLENT Educational Video Sir.
I am in your debt for sharing band saw safety & productively tips, as well as jigs.
I am copying your jigs for my tiny shop.

You have made me envious of your bandsaw. And thanks for the tip on blade fabrication. I have an odd size and I am going to purchase a bulk length. A very good video thanks

If you set the bottom of the gullet of the blade in the middle of the crown, you will ot have to keep resetting the fence as it will cut true every time. I have an old sher 14 inch that I have had for 20 years and can resaw every time accuately

I'm not a wood turner, and likely never will be a wood turner, but I could listen to Ernie talk about wood turning all day.

All good features on your band saw Ernie. Unfortunately I am committed to my Delta with the 6 inch riser blocks. However all the the sawing tips you presented today are usable with my saw. Thank you for sharing.

Never injured myself in 30 years of chainsaw use, cut finger after 2 days of bandsaw. I will make that “v” ASAP. Thanks

How does the blade not catch and slam the piece at 9:56 when it's moving all over side-to-side?

This is a Rikon 347. 4hp on 220 volt. I have the same unit. It’s awesome for big stuff but I still like my little 14” for the smaller cuts

Some misinformation there Ernie. When you allow your blade to
" drift " by improperly installing the blade on the wheels your miter slot no longer makes straight perpendicular cuts.
