Gerard is such a genuine and chillest action actors of this year, I’ve had a great time with Angel has fallen, and he makes me want to rewatch Phantom of the Opera. :).
He's from Paisley, I can hear a lot of American in his accent obviously from him living and working in the states for years as a Scot, but he's so charming🧡

Butler is refreshing, very funny, good sense of humor. Kimmel hands down is best interviewer, he knows how to engage in great conversation with his guests, it gets them going.
*Saw the movie Angel Has Fallen, and I really enjoyed it in the theater like the other Fallen series movies.* For me, this the best in terms of action with good casting of course Morgan Freeman, Lance Reddick and good combo scenes with Nick Nolte with a bit of humor (wish they tag team in next installment as well). *Gerard Butler was great in the movie(his graph is gonna go high again from now on for sure) did really most of the action sequences himself, you could tell in the movie.* The movie was highly engrossing...couldn't even go to the toilet....lol, had to hold it in till the interval...but was worth it..didn't miss any scenes. Great direction, good cinematography. ALL IN ALL A GREAT ACTION PACKED MOVIE. Keep doing these great movies, Gerard. BIG FAN!

I’m Scottish and have always found his US accent pretty shoddy! Ewan McGregor is the same: I hear them trying and just cringe at the results. Mind you, we have lots of exacting to do considering the shite Scottish accents US actors have produced. 😜
I so agree with you too. If you look at their mouths when they speak they are very much the same as Scottish men tend to talk out the sides of their mouths. They are both incredibly good actors and very handsome too.
