Thanks, main program for creating such patterns is 3D Studio MAX, I use Adobe Illustrator only to make some final changes to layers.

I really like the 3D effect , you have created some awesome patterns, I really appreciate that you also show how to cut the pattern.

Yes, for this project I use flying dutchman ultra reverse #1

Are you are using mdf?

Yes, I used MDF, it is quite cheap material. Also my customers use plywood for such projects
