I totally agree myself was wondering which project audi would be a best buy for buck …TT mk1 , A3 8L or maybe just get an old vintage Audi 80 on and place it on air…nice Sunday cruisser

i would go for the A3, the options are better in terms or maintaining the car, I would love the TT mk1, with the TT you have a large pool of parts to buy. the Quattro and the FWD do share the same body parts.
Most of your S3 parts might need to be imported from the UK, the TT you have the USA and UK options,

Did you end up sorting the p0011 code? mine has just chucked the code, slight rough idle and the boost doesn't kick in till 3000ishrpm unless i reset the ecu.

Hey bud , yes I did, it was my tensioner, it failed and caused then engine timing to slip out of sync,
But you should start looking at that area first before changing your cam sensor,
It might be a safety feature to stop the car from breaking ,
I suggest don’t drive the car unless you look at the issue
