Oh I agree. I definitely feel the dog owner guilt about taking a walk without my dog or when I do outdoor dining at a dog friendly restaurant without my dog. 😂

I don’t have dogs but I have 4 year old twin boys and they loveee walking with me to the park or just a walk in general, sometimes I feel guilty going alone but it’s SO nice. Lately I have been going for a morning walk after I drop them off at school and hitting like 4 miles! I’m obsessed 😍🥰 I live in Michigan and the fall colors are turning and I live near a river, it’s stunning
Try the walk without the music. Just take in all the sounds of nature and breathe in all that fresh air! Speaking from a gal raised in the 70's before all the ear devices. And a dachshund mama as well : )
Loved the vlog as always! I appreciate you talking about supporting local farmers, it is so important and fall time activities are a great way to do so. I would love to see a vid on what inspires you style? Like to do you have a Pinterest board, do you follow any fashion/lifestyle creators, do you just vibe and see what you like? You have good taste imo
Always here for your grocery hauls! I love those yasso Greek yogurt bars, I had a cookies and cream one after dinner tonight! And now I’m currently sipping on a strawberry lemon poppi, but orange is my absolute favorite!❤️
Hey Lindsey, I used to work at Clothes Mentor, Plato’s Closet sister store and we would buy current and trendy styles and brands with no rips, holes, or stains. There are date codes on tags for some brands which we would have to follow for the clothing item being produced in the past 1-2 years. At least at my store we would have so much inventory we would changed out seasonally that we had to be very picky about what we bought in. Plato’s Closet is junior brands and Clothes Mentor is women’s brands. And then the customer would get 20-50% of what we were selling it for depending on the item. I hope this helps!!
I think most people in the US do this, but sometimes for nicer items we take them to consignment shops that pay you usually 1/4 of what they will sell the item for! There are multiple chains we have that do that.
The clothes resale robbery is SO REAL 😂😅 I’ll take a tote bin to Plato’s closet and they’ll be like “we’ll take 25 items for $12 due to some outdated styles” meanwhile they have Aeropostale graphics tees from 2013 on the racks lol
The watermelon poppi is my favorite and the watermelon lime is my favorite olipop. Have you tried the new Ridge Rush olipop? It’s supposed to be like mtn dew. I’ve been looking so hard to find the apple crisp, but everywhere i’ve seen was sold out
I actually read it a better sustainably to sell something rather than donate it bc if someone buys it they will use it but the thrift store might just toss it. So not only is it better for the enviro but you're also getting money lol
Have you tried the protein pop tarts. The company that makes them is legendary foods I believe. It's 20 grams of protein and I think they are pretty good. I know Target has them. Have a great rest of the week.
