This tier list is extremely biased against cavalry maps and towards single building maps. I do agree Spanish farmstead is very good and La Rothiere is good, but Frichermont is pretty mediocre. And you put some of the best maps in the game like Cerro San Cristabo and Road to Smolensk in the good tier under maps like Halberstadt which drags on for incredibly long despite being an infantry map, and smohain one of the worst maps in the game because it is incredibly confusing and is extremely prone to camping. And you put foggy marshland, the most universally hated maps in the game above 3 cavalry maps. And while they do drag on for awhile sometimes they should be in low mid tier except for Somesierra which is trash. So basically this is incredibly biased and he puts average infantry maps as great while putting average infantry maps as mid despite them being the same quality.
U lost me at frischermont being mediocre 😭 🤦
@@zermington Their is nothing that really makes frischermont good. Papolette is far better. Camping is also pretty common on that map and the gameplay is generally not that good. The only intresting thing about this map is that it is tilted 45 degrees.

I like all Netherlands maps except Belgian Countryside, mainly because of how long it takes for walk to the other side. Also I honestly despise the small maps except Spanish Farmstead. Overall Good tier list

Elbe's shore is my favorite map because of how unique it feels, it's like a king of the hill game mode. I can see why people don't like it though.

In my unpopular opinion, I would had been very biased toward favoring maps like steppe and foggy marshland. But to the general player base this tier list devalued some decent maps that most players(or the majority of them) really like. Spain's and Westphalia's maps are super laggy and are not favored so I can agree with most of there placement, but there are some cav maps that deserve a higher placement like Smolensk or frozen forest. While arty maps are not really valued some like Riverside deserve some appreciation. One can say that most of these maps favor officer and light inf (Prob bc zrem plays them alot and likes those classes), but the majority of players prefer a semi open map with some solid cover. Maps like Plancenoit should be put higher because people favor the terrain and is widely accepted by many people. While this is a tier list it is zerms opinion on them and many people will disagree, but everyone has different views and experiences on those maps.
Also zerm, you should put the teir list as your own opinion in the title or people will take this as an official one decided by the general player base. Would spare you of some sweaty mains who like specific maps.

4:13 you don't actually need the sappers to get one roof, simply do the hug wall trick and get on roof ( it got patched, the roof access, not the glitch ) but there's another way to get on roof doing the same trick
W vid, I just came back to the game after like 2 year hiatus and I agree with a lot of the placements. I think some cav maps are ranked a bit low like the Spanish one with the house, Falenty and smolensk but other than that I agree with this list!
