- On today's Prime Time, we take a look at the petition by DIG Manish Kumar Sinha in the Supreme Court making startling allegations in the Rakesh Asthana case.
In a petition to the Supreme Court CBI officer MK Sinha who had been a part of the team investigating the FIR against CBI special director Rakesh Asthana, has presented names of top officials and a Union minister as allegedly being involved in the bribery case. The officer appealed for an urgent hearing of his petition challenging his transfer because it was (as per his petition) "arbitrary, motivated and mala fide". (Audio in Hindi)
