Thoughts on the sissy skin?

It's not a wedding dress here is my theory.. Sissy is the flower girl who throws the pedals on the ground for the bride to walk the aisle I believe this because she uses plants to make poison and it would make sense since the dress is in that style..
They could've added accessories

I don't think Shirtless Johnny has a lore to it, but what about Bride Sissy? She looks like Faith Seed from Far Cry 5; also insane but in a different way .

Regarding Sissy, and her skill trees:
Am I the only one who thinks Universal Donor (one of the first perks on the far right tree) and Surgical (Top far left/mid to top left tree) should swap places?
The reason I feel this way is that the Far right tree UD is available on is all Endurance perks and promotes a high movement speed/stamina recovery, but low damage playstyle. The kind of playstyle meant for someone who goes in and harasses the victims/scares them out of areas and into the more dangerous family members, but doesn't really always aim to kill them. Whereas the middle to left/Far left trees promote more damage for killing, or more blood harvesting and overall a higher defense playstyle.
Basically, UD is out of place as a blood harvesting option on it's tree, and picking it only allows you to follow the far right trees path, and since the skills in that tree are designed to encourage you to continuously chase and harass victims as much as possible without doing much damage, Having you stop to collect blood from buckets seems contradictory to the tree as a whole. Whereas Surgical promotes chasing down victims and hitting them as much as you can without killing them, while providing a blood harvest bonus for your efforts.
What I'm Trying to say is that, Surgical fits better as a harvesting option on the tree that promotes high chase but low damage, and Universal Donor fits better as a blood harvesting option for High defense playstyles of someone trying to guard an area and kill whoever trespasses.
A Sissy with Surgical in place of UD on the far right skill tree doesn't do much damage/kills less victims, but would have a much more viable blood harvest BECAUSE of the playstyle that tree promotes. Likewise, a Defender Sissy would benefit more from collecting blood buckets and feeding gramps while securing/guarding her area, while also having the damage to kill any who trespass... IDK, it just feels like they're in the wrong places to me overall.
Anyone else wanna help me convince the devs of this?

Video Idea: Hitchhiker on Gas Station. Rush the ladder room and place a trap at the bottom. Once grandpa wakes up open the door and hide in the corner. Victim walks in close and lock the door and its a free kill. My record is 3 kills in one game with that strategy

I believe the skin is not very fancy because in one of the cults she was in she was likely married to the leader. A lot of those cults had one male “Messiah” who had several wives at a time so it’s likely she was one of them. Their dresses wouldn’t be fancy because of this so it makes sense. Still, maybe announcing that it was a wedding dress before showing it created expectations that this couldn’t live up to

Is Johnny running universal donor cuz I was running that with no bonus points in his damage and most of it into blood stat and some in endurance
Having hits slide off victims and being turned around when trying to hit is obnoxious. When the game first came out it wasn't an issue. You know something is messed up if they make it harder to hit the victims. Makes no sense. That's the whole point of the game.
