I have this drone and I think it is very up to date. It is below 250g in weight so you don’t have to worry about registration. For a drone it is very quiet in comparison to older drones. Easy learning curve to fly. No problem connecting to Wi-Fi.
How do u guys make it hover to take pictures? I'm going away this weekend on a family trip and I wanna take a few overhead family pics. Everytime I try to take over head pics it gets away from me.

it could be the wind, this drone does not have gps so u it cant use satellite to keep its possition any wind will push it away

It's not a chip it's an SD card. U don't need ut but it won't record best resolution via streaming to your phone

It's the angle, but yes you do see them a little depending on the angle of the gimbal

Check your local laws. It's by weight. If drone is 250grams or more u need a license to fly one in Canada in case it hits someone or falls out of sky
