    Wow. So many awesome techniques for quality and time saving! I am a beginning wood worker with an interest in electric guitar/bass making and this is so helpful. Its also cool to see that, in total, there are only a few essential tools that I am fortunate enough to be able to eventually save up for some.

    Newbie novice question but what’s the purpose of bookending the body with two pieces instead of just using a single piece?

    I like to use screws in the pickup and neck pocket areas to align AND clamp. Works a treat.
