There’s no quicker way to lose viewership than to tax the consumer with this many different streaming requirements just to watch a couple of games, especially if the team is good and/or out of market.
At the end of the day, people will watch the NFL no matter what platform it will be on. We as the “paying customer” just have to stop watching en masse to actually make a difference!!
So i got to subscribe to something i don't want to watch one game? I just bought hulu so i can get basic channels to watch them. Now i got to get Netflix? Absolutely ridiculous. About to stop watching. So greedy.
3 games in 11 days is a bit much for football.... 2 in 11 is pushing it. Im hoping we're not going to see a slew of injuries or a bad game but more than that, I really think folks should be spending time with their family and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas instead of chasing the all mighty dollar for one day.
Horseracing... boxing... baseball.... all had their time at the top of sports. They all felt like they would be popular forever. No one could imagine a world where they weren't. NFL will be no different, especially when they keep chasing every dollar and changing the game...
Married with children, the Simpsons, Americas most wanted, XFiles was the greatest out of nowhere channel that became on the level with the Big 3 broadcast channels with sports being added.
Yeah literally I can’t see this going well at all for Netflix
Putting NFL games exclusively on streaming services feels like the beginning of the end
This is one side of football i never thought of til I started following PFT. It's badass. Love this, Mike.

So many Americans have Netflix already. I don't love it but I get it.
What a mismatch going up against the absolutely awful NBA product 😂😂😂
This is headed to pay-per-view for every customer, for every game. Beware of tiered pricing.

The simpsons, i'm married with children and the x files were the shows that fox had in nineteen ninety four
I think the 'Tracey Ullman Show' was one of Fox's early big hits and a springboard for 'The Simpsons'.

And I'm thankful your sweater is also temporary.
Good point about the switch over option for glitches on Netflix
The NFL, like Kirk Cousins, refuses to work on Tuesdays.

3:25 😂😂😂 i knew i had a problem after 27 years in 2020. I sent roger goddell an email thanking him for continuing the nfl season 🎉
Not everyone can watch. They assume everyone has internet.
