Is this a common problem with the hawk pen....? Was considering a purchase, put off by the price & the cartridge costs. So Im currently researching the other pen styles on the market.
I just bought a Cheyenne pen I’m running it on a cyclone 2 power supply an the machine won’t start until I take off the cartridge an when it is on it seems to have no power only time I can feel power to it is when I turn it up too 11 volts or higher I tattooed with it an it’s a very thin line using 9rl an during the tattoo it would just shut off at random moments an wont turn back on even with cartridge removed ..... does anybody know what the problem could be
Wasn't informative at all. For one where do we get thecspring from they are not common to come by. Also didn't show to disconnect and add the new sprimg the video sped up n flew through it🤦🏾♂️

there are some threads out there with similar issues motor running but needles not hmmm maybe this one was a bit rushed

hawk pen i rly good machine ;) cartridges are faster in job than standars needles ;)

Have a similar problem but I can only start it on the lower frequence and when I turn it up it dies or starts vibrating on and off, need help
