Most guys I've been with have (thankfully) been pretty understanding with periods, mainly because they'd either been in serious relationships before or had sisters. I think one of the nicest things a guy did for me while I was on my period was give me a painkiller, a cuddle and then place his cat on my lap to cheer me up.

Cramps are painful.. But if they are THAT bad.. You should see a Dr to be sure its not something a bit more serious.. Fibroids, cysts or Endometriosis.. Just to rule it out.
My periods tend to be extremely painful, but I still make sure to keep my complaints about it to a minimum. Just because I feel completely horrible doesn't give me the right to make everyone else feel horrible.

Never had any issue with my girlfriend's period. Heck I try and keep track of coworker's so I can keep everyone happy. Granted a few hubbies would get mad at first but they eventually understood.

Being in the UK means even the earlier morning ones they upload come a bit later in the day for him so he's often freer to click fast and watch. Most guys I've been with have (thankfully) been pretty understanding with periods, mainly because they'd either been in serious relationships before or had sisters. I think one of the nicest things a guy did for me while I was on my period was give me a painkiller, a cuddle and then place his cat on my lap to cheer me up.
It's definitely a plus if you have your period but are lesbian, because she(your girlfriend) does know the problems (Is that understandable? I'm from Germany, so I'm sorry if it's not)

Cramps are painful.. But if they are THAT bad.. You should see a Dr to be sure its not something a bit more serious.. Fibroids, cysts or Endometriosis.. Just to rule it out.
