if there's one thing that's genuinely neat about this game, it's the variety of stage tiles. sure, it's not exactly the most coherently ordered thing, but considering SMB1 reuses the same 4 stage themes over and over, seeing that in what's supposed to be an SMB1 remake is pretty neat.

Not only is it hilarious that donkey and diddy are the same ape in this game But apparently during the time he almost starved to death, he found a pretty cool red hat and a red shirt with stars on it Also, lets not forget he somehow defied the laws of nature and evolved a long ass tail
If my memory serves me right some of those cracked brick sprites look like they were ripped straight out of Wario Land. That aside though the review was pretty good.
