The Casio fx 991 cw now consistently returns the answer in decimal format rather than the standard mathematical notation, which was the practice in previous models. For example, when integrating cos(x)^2 from pi to 5pi, it provides the result as 6.28318530718 instead of the simpler and more understandable 2π. Converting 6.28318530718 to 2π isn't straightforward unless you assume it's a multiple of π Please correct me if i am wrong.
@@TheCalculatorGuide Mine has the solver. However, if I try to follow your example, my calculator seems to fall short. Same situation with TI. I bought a TI-30 MathPrint PRO from Great Britain. Here in the U.S. we have the TI-36XPRO. The TI from Great Britain is definitely a better machine. I don’t know why Casio and TI do that.
Hello, getting a new calculator for my exams. Is the FX-991CW the best one for the functions ? - looked through a couple of your videos and saw functions like finding LCM/HCF, unit conversions, solving linear equations, prime etc. maybe the FX-991EX is better suited? Would love to hear feedback thanks :)
Though the cw has new functions added to it, the Casio 991 ex can do pretty much everything the 991 cw does since the cw is just an upgrade to the ex. Therefore I think these two models don't differ that much in terms of functions and it wouldn't matter which one you get. If you already own a 991 ex getting the cw isn't really worth it for you.
I can see what you are trying to do there, create a shortcut for an expression and use it when needed, it is not quite available on the casio models. You can type in A+B or something like that usimg the alpha key and hit the calc button after which you can input value for each variable and the calculator will return the value of the expression. However, the formula is gone when you clear the screen and there's no way to store it in the memory
I am your regular viewer from Bangladesh 😊. Please make a playlist of Casio 991 CW for college students included ( Physics, chemistry, Higher Mathematics )
When you buy a CW you should have a code that you can use when you sign in or create an account on Casio classpad. It should be included in the box/manual or at least it was with mine.
That's a neat trick for solving with the inverse function!
Hello! Could you teach us how to calculate LCM on a Cifra sc-820 calculator, please?
There doesn’t appear to be an LCM facility on that calculator.
Thank you sir❤

Your fx-991CW seems to be a little more capable than our version here in the U.S. My calculator doesn’t seem to be able to do the last example.
Not all CW models have the solver unfortunately.

Hey is there way to store functions for example A+B and A-B² and call them when ever I want and substitute the values, how do I do it
No not to store the actual function as that is essentially storing an algebraic expression which is not allowed in most exams.

I have checked the PDF Manual provided by Casio and have tried myself, there seems to be no inverse function support fro fx gx at all.
I looked as well and I agree.
Hello, is fx-83GT CW able to solve equations?
No the solver is only available on the fx-991CW models
How to give a colon sign (:) ?
How do i change the language on this version of the calculator?
Hello,
I've a question. Is casio 570ex and 991ex works the same?
The only difference is the battery I think.

I am putting together a general fx-991CW playlist. Hopefully here will be lots relevant for you
@@TheCalculatorGuide thank you sir 😃😃😃
How to store equation with more variables in this calculator, x²+3y+z , how to store this equation and substitute value
You need to define f(x) in Function although this tends to just be a function of x.
I need 991cw simulator on windows
Can you give the cw software please? 🥹
It is available via Casio classpad. You need to buy a calculator to get an access code.
@@TheCalculatorGuide I have 4 physical cw/ex/ms/es plus calculators. what I have to do now?
