In case anyone is looking for a free alternative - ReaDelay of ReaPlugins collection is worth checking out. Any amount of individual taps-repeats each with its own volume, pan, low and hi-pass filters, feedback, stereo width and bit reduction. Its less beatiful and shiny, but it does the job.
Those are some nice time-based effects and the demos are educational in their own right... really got me thinking about delays and filter effects more in general.
Hi: Wow I got Relayer when it first came out. I didn't use it as much as I wanted to though. But after hearing your presets, especially the vocal ones, I think I will be checking out much more! Some of the "Utility" ones seem very useable! Glad I've become a recent subscriber! Great work. The "Big Piano" preset reminds me of an old Ursa Major Space Station I once owned. ;)
Hi David! You may have covered this in a previous video and if so, please forgive me: Since delay can act pretty much as a reverb, why use a reverb? What goes into the decision making when choosing either reverb och delay?
I bought Relayer yesterday after seeing this, love your presets! But Relayer locks up Logic Pro X consistently. I filed a support request. Usually UVI software is SUPERB. I hope they don't tell me, "Your Computer Is Just Too Old".
hi mate. thanks for the video. cool presets and overview. but i have a question! in the version before there was the "input gate" a very cool and usable funktion. but i dont see that anymore. is that funktion gone ?
Ahh yes, I was kind of hoping there is a way to do that in Relayer, like you can in Replika. Well, let's hope they add something like that in an update.
Congratz for being part of this plugin, i hope more devs hire you in the future.
Solid guy, no BS, 100% trust. At least how i see you ;)
David. Your vids are the shit. Best out there. Thanks.

But tabbed interface.. ugh. This one seems to have more features too.
Many thanks for this great tutorial, i bought Relayer last week and i think it's the most amazing delay plugin i've ever experienced.
That plugin is ultra powerful, and your presets rock! Great job. I just found your page about a month ago and it quickly became one of my favorites.

The same day I buy the plugin, this video appears. Perfect timing.
So cool👌 I like the fact that you can do all those things with 1 plugin!
Great sounding delay with so many options. Wow.
Damn that delay is amazing !!!! Love the preset work you did !!!!

Hi David!

Then I'll do some experimenting! Thanks Dave!

yes they did fix it with an update on 5/31. Thx again !!!
Maybe I missed it but does this plugin have a freeze feature? I assume you can emulate a freeze but, I'm not sure how to accomplish that.
hi mate. thanks for the video. cool presets and overview. but i have a question! in the version before there was the "input gate" a very cool and usable funktion. but i dont see that anymore. is that funktion gone ?
yeah that helps, thx mate !
Hey, do you know how to make a pitch shifting delay effect?
Ahh yes, I was kind of hoping there is a way to do that in Relayer, like you can in Replika. Well, let's hope they add something like that in an update.
congrats. :-)
