I've been having some joy recently with a K&M 24050 - mount snare and hat mic on the hat stand. Not as flexible as the LP Claw, but easy enough to get a good result.
Next challenge is the kick - and am tempted to try an LP Claw for that...

I’ve used lp claws for kick outs a lot! They work great, but they do leave a mark on the hoop of the kick so make sure the drummer is happy for you to do that, or try and attach to the leg if it can reach from there.
I’d you’re touring with a band then kick mount wise the Kelly shu mounts are amazing, having both mics inside

Nice one, by the time the gigs are back on I'll be multitasking even more

Hey! Do they work ok on cymbal stands?

Yes, they don't attached to the main thick stand that well but any boom arm bits that are thinner they will clamp onto great! I use them to mic my china and ride mic's!

On a cymbal stand if you undermic you can use a standard mic clip (like sm58) one and some gaff tape to reduce the clip diameter a bit and make it stay fit the stand diameter I think
