00:03 90 g rolled oats(1 cup) ✔️
00:27 40 g nuts(1/2 cup) ✔️
01:03 2 apples ✔️
01:36 2 tablespoons water ✔️
02:54 lemon juice ✔️
02:58 1-2 tbsp mapple syrup/ honey ✔️
03:04 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ✔️
03:53 bake 25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F ✔️

I'm in Australia and I like this recipe. It is good enough for basic keto. However, I would use lemon juice instead of water with that first apple to prevent it going brown when pulped up. If you want the brown for gut benefits you should use a red apple with water for the pulp.
Hello form Los Angeles! Hope you’re doing well? I jus made this recipe and it was great. I added cinnamon and some sweetener to it and I baked it at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and it turned out great! Thank you for this easy recipe. ❤

These are very good! This is my 2nd time but this time I'm using real fresh maple syrup & have added some chopped walnuts & a tad of cinnamon. One thing I learned is since this is using fresh real ingredients & if it's warm out you should refrigerate the cookies or they will spoil. On this cool dark rainy day, my home is filled with cinnamon, apples & maple! Smells like early fall. I live in Western NY.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
@@gururpreetsohal8397 If refrigerated I’d say a 7-14 days. Not refrigerated depending on the temperature just a few days. Hope this is helpful.
