"i'm sure it's providing some kind of benefit" .. if you don't know, then likely not, just say you did it cause you like the look. stop tryign to justify it as a "mod for benefit" when it wasn't, drives me nuts. also, says loudest BMW e92 M3 on YT, barely any driving/sound clips.. disappointed. also the E series of BMW M3 and 335i did NOT have a spare tire kit, PERIOD, the owners manual even says there is no spare and the car uses RUN FLAT tires.. it's literally just a carpeted plastic piece with a tiny tub in it that will fit nothing.

7 lbs for the hood latch? you sure?
he means the latch including the whole assembly ( hood latch , cables , interior panel/latch ) and that will be around 7lbs
