It won't do anymore real work than the freezer you're using to make the ice. This just takes heat out of the air and melts ice. Not efficient really.

What is the size of a clear tube and a copper tube?
It may reduce temperature a little but will not work much good as the water should travel through small areas like fins to cool the air which passes through it as you know the same thing used in AC and cooling coils
Moreover good try but there will be condensed water which as droplets which may drop in your fan....
But water droplets will travel in direction of air flow I think it doesn't harm the fan

Use Ice water
Best option is remove the water connection....just fill it with liquid nitrogen and close it airtight....don't fill too much or it will explode....liquid nitrogen is virtually cold forever if u keep it in a airtight seal ...so just fill it and close the copper pipes. It will be cool like an ac

Wo cupper pipe kaa puraa length kita na hai,aur diameter kitna hai, rubber tube jo connect kiya length aur diameter kitna hai, aur after making all air kaa cool temperature kitna hai ? Jo Pump use kiya kitna powerka hai? Ye sab aapne nahi bataya.
