These types of risks associated with off plan properties!! But Question: why most real estate companies are focusing on off plan? Just a curious question!? Is it because of the listings??
@@ramazri1852 Please don't use such labels as "any typical real estate agent". There are thousands of agents in Dubai. Even I don't know what do they "defend" and focus on. There is definitely nothing typical about it. At the end of the day, it all comes to the preferences of the client.

its cheaper to buy off plan... however risk is on you... the builder might never complete. i.e. 100% gamble.

I purchased off plan studio in town square in 2018, now its complete. How much premium is expected now.

Payments are linked to the construction progress and all money goes to the escrow account.

Boss, off plan is the worse !! Who bought in 2015, 2016, and 2017 lost more than 25% and in some cases 50% now!! I agree some few off plan are good!!
