Hello everyone and welcome back to the channel!
Today I am taking you on a day trip to Dilijan, Armenia to escape the Yerevan summer heat. First stop will be the the center of old Dilijan, Lake Parz, and a little know medieval monastery complex called Jukhtak Monastery.
I planned to take you all to Haghartsin however there was just not enough time in the day so stay tuned for that in a future video.

I'd encourage anyone to look up how Dilijan looked around a hundred years ago before the Soviets fkd it up. It was really gorgeous and filled with traditional caucasian architecture, it looked a lot like the old town of Tbilisi , which was also built by Armenians, and Shushi in Artsakh. The Dilijan of today is still beautiful, especially around the Tufenkian complex, but nothing in comparison. Great video btw
