Really love how you guys show all the little details of the build. I remember those Saturday morning car shows that would completely gloss over how things are actually put together.
Loving the new way your working your personal channel. Glad to see more Tuerck finally. Keep up the great content and I'm looking forward to seeing you rock out this year on the track. You keep posting and performing and I'll keep watching and following. Much respect.
@@RyanTuerck if you ever need a member for your crew I'd just need a cott in the back at race service for the season. I'm a decent mechanic and I understand suspension pretty well. Just saying. Lol I'm just a fan man.
my friends and i bought a 350z for $250 so we can learn to fab and build a fun car out of. your videos really help with all the detail you put in them. all the little tips and tricks are really appreciated man.
Yo Jared, Thanks for the kind words man. That's exactly why I try to make them as detailed as possible. I'm always learning from Dominic as well so it's easy to know what to show in the videos. Plenty more to come.
Hey Ryan if you have a hand band saw for cutting out cages just buy a little portable band saw stand, the company u got your bender ram kit from I think makes them.
White_eazy_69 he does that because he might have a rear mount radiator and there’s still a lot of shatter space behind so it will be fine if it hits unless he puts the radiator behind the fuel cell like Adam Lz s15
Yo thanks dude, we put the fuel cell all the way in the back for weight distribution and to leave room for the rear mounted radiator further in front of the fuel cell. We are announcing pro car and team April 2nd!!!! Can't wait to tell you all.
Nice progress! Are the 8 bolts of the crash bar/bucket strong enough to hold the car when using the added jack point? There is quite some weight and lever!
Lmao yo HOONIGAN DOING LIVE STREAM bustn they're chops you gotta come on. They had Rutledge Faust HOONIGAN crew. Like a group chat on UA-cam. Talk bout boredom lol. Your project piecing nicely
@@SuperChaser almost all the time if you have an opportunity cause its easier to weld thicker metal and the connection is much more firm (higher temperatures, better penetration and metal bonding)
Dom pretty much only tig welds but early in the video we didn't have the tig welder yet so he migged the rear plates in. The steering column install we used mig because the cage was already migged so we kept it consistent. Tig is preffered because you have alot more control over the weld and it's also alot cleaner.

I thoroughly enjoy watching the work that goes into building and fabrication of the shop., car and tools required, thank you, I'm learning a lot!
Thanks brotha. Appreciate the support.
Love seeing all the fab work!
Thanks Nick, We have more coming next Tuesday!!!
awesome clips in this video - dom's workmanship is next level.
Thanks dude. Dom is def next level.
Amazing how little of the original car remains! Tuerck Spec!
I know. We did this to the pro car earlier last season and I was amazed at how much was actually cut out. I wish we could do more to be honest.
RyanTuerck Long Beach sucked last year! Was glad you bounced back.

I like the details you guys are showing in these vlogs, keep it up!
Thanks Brady, We will def keep it up.
love watching this channel. That car is going to be great by default because of who's working on it.
Absolutely! Dom is incredible Fabricator.
Love the new vlogs with the machining and fab. I work in areospace machining never get to fab anymore and miss combining both
Thanks Bryce!!!
Super sick content and Dom is a freakin wizard. Keep it up my dude.
Thanks for watching dude. Dom is def a wizard.
Love the content Ryan! Keep posting my man! Dom is not f'ing around! Love it!!
Build is looking great!
Thanks dude! Dominic is killing it on fab as usual.
It's kind of starting to look like a car again 🤘🏼
haha finally! I wish we could keep working on it. At a stand still currently.
Hey Ryan if you have a hand band saw for cutting out cages just buy a little portable band saw stand, the company u got your bender ram kit from I think makes them.
Yo George, I don't currently. That tool sounds sweet though. I'll check it out.
Thank you sir for this great content 😁💪
No problem. Thanks for watching.
Loving this content!!!!!
great content, good luck!
Love the work! Don't you need an extra fuel cell straps at the bottom?
Thanks Janis. We don't need extra straps for our cells.
Why not putting the fuel cell in the big opening behind it? And updates on the pro car? Continue the amazing work man
White_eazy_69 he does that because he might have a rear mount radiator and there’s still a lot of shatter space behind so it will be fine if it hits unless he puts the radiator behind the fuel cell like Adam Lz s15
The space over there is also for the radiator btw

I always wondered why the fuel cell is so far back. I understand weight distribution, but what about safety? No issue at all inside this frame?
Nice progress!
Are the 8 bolts of the crash bar/bucket strong enough to hold the car when using the added jack point? There is quite some weight and lever!
Yeah it it's all good on the bolts. We ran this same setup on last years pro car and it was fine all season.
@@RyanTuerck Thanks!
Quote of the day “It’s a little ghetto but it’s working” lol 😂
hahaha
Love the content
Also the welding and grinding is not to loud compared to the rest and the voices
Could be a little less loud but otherwise perfect
Thanks Arno, Yeah the mic on the Go Pro is tough to tune for everything so it's a give and take. Need to upgrade soon.
Some Inverter welders sounds funny
Make Tuerck’d great again!! ❤️
We working on it haha.
Yay! Ep3....
Thanks for watching dude.
👍 Cheers.. Best content.. Inspirational for me to get moving on building my project car one day..
love your vids man whats the history about the ferrari
We built it back in 2016 with Gumout. If you search my page you will find the whole build series on that car.
Tuueessday baby tuerk you QUARANTINED 😱🔥🔥😱🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭😂😂😂😂

@@juiceflippin24 Thanks man. She coming along. Still soooo much to do.
Whats the song around 14 min mark?
Sick vid!
I will have to get back to you on that.
Why not mount the fuel cell further inward towards the middle of the car?
Why are two types of welding procedures being used? I'm not two familiar woth welding and though I ask.
Tig & mig
Yeah and when do you prefere tig over mig?

Seriously. We all need to hit the damn track. Getting bored over here with no shredding going on.

I like doms hat. Race service racing LOL
haha those are limited edition from Race Race Service.
Faster way is to cut both plates and drill them together at the same time. This way they are identical.
The holes weren't perfectly centered on both plates so we couldn't do that for these.
What steering rack are u running on your street spec?
We are using a SC300 rack and a modified subframe from Papadakis racing.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I was really hoping for ryan to yell shannypants when she came into the fab shop
Haha, I think I did do that but I didn't get it on camera.
Do you have any merch?
Currently designing new merch with the team. We will have stuff available soon.
Americans using metric hardware!
Nice work 😎

Can you do a walk around on the Ferrari
Pre social distancing vibes
True that.
Even though this is kinda dum I feel like tuerck is going to be driving the papadakis

that's the demo car that Toyota owns and lent Turek, that said Frederic's car from last year is probably available.
C'mon that's not dumb at all. Also We are announcing pro car team and vehicle April 2nd.
RyanTuerck I knew that you would be using the papadakis racing hatch because they are still building it
You’re mine idol in mind ideas I follow your first car 180sx..then Toyota 86 Ferrari
You should make a 2j Ferrari drift car
Now that would def be interesting. Personally I wouldn't want to but I would love to drive it.
i realy realy enjoying see this video hope you make awesome video again soon?
because is fucking corona i cant go anywhere shit hahahaha
Thanks man. Yes we will have another episode next week.
Please give that Ferrari a cover, sparks can ruin the windows and paint.....
Plenty of space in between. Bad angle view. Object may seem closer than they appear.
