Not covered in ANY TST 770 video I have watched. Nice unit. It can take up to TWENTY minutes for the device to recognize your tires once powered up. Don't think the device "forgot" your pairing (Learning) when you turn it off. You must give it time to reconnect with the tires.
I seem to have problems tightening down the cap with the washer on. The best I could do was snug, and the cap washer poked out of the sides. Also, I did not see where you installed anti-theft washers. Other than that, your video was a great learning tool. Thanks!
I have the same TST 770 series monitor. I have a 5th wheel, and I do not have the tire pressure monitoring sensors, or the dealer did not mention this at all. Where do I find or get these? I am already on my road trip, so any advice would help. Thanks!
If your monitor came with the trailer it is possible that the sensors are mounted to the rim, inside the tire assembly. That's the way our trailer arrived. The battery in one sensor died rather soon so rather than disassemble the tire to get to the sensor I purchased the TST sensors that mount to the valve stem. It's a much better setup and battery replacement is a breeze. They were compatible with my display. It only took a few minutes to erase the memory on the display (to "forget" the factory sensors) and program the new ones.
I recently purchased a TST 770. Your Video was a GREAT Help to me. Easy, Simple to understand. Brief and to the Point. Great Job!! Thanks!!!
Man The best video i've seen on youtube in reference to these sensors... Thank you so much
