We’ve had ours for about 18 months, and it’s unusable. The belt will not tighten anymore the motor makes the belt slip which makes it unsafe to use. Buy a real treadmill rather than ending up with an $850 paperweight like us. We will be throwing ours in the trash.

It currently is on sale with free shipping around $700+ which is pretty pricy IMO. Can you pump your arms fully extending without your hands/arms hitting the underside of the bar? Try walking at 4.5mph with arms extended to see if that happens.
Great review but I do think these are far too overpriced. They are over £1000 to buy from Treadly’s website - there are far cheaper and better options out there, like the Reebok One series which are HALF the price...

Ive been researching the Treadly Pro 2, I dont know the differences between the basic and the Pro 2, any ideas? Also, Im 4' 10" so take smaller steps, I power walk 6/9 miles hee in Mi when weather permits and we walk the mall in Winter. My husband is 6' 2" so Im wondering if he would be able to walk on this since he takes bigger steps.. thanks for any help.
Great review. I bought a $500 Rhythm Fun treadmill from Amazon after the gym closed. I am not a runner so I planned to basically give it away. After I did, I missed it. I like just running and watching TV in the morning. Your review is making me lean toward this one.

But i love that it's so compact and cute and can slide under a bed, sofa or dresser.

No malfunctioning yet but I did call customer service to help with my Bluetooth setup. I would agree that they were lacking a bit. I figured it out on my own they were no help really.
I'm in the same boat! I actually e-mailed customer service and asked them about all their negative reviews about the product AND their customer service. They responded and said most of the bad reviews were about the first Treadly model (which they no longer sell). And they said they have taken steps to improve their customer service. I'm still on the fence though...
