Is this only for walking ? Or can you jog like at 5.0- 6.0 ?
Hello, @@rayshell7074! My treadmill’s highest speed is 4.0 mph. It’s more of a brisk walk. I show the different speeds while walking on it in the video to show an example of how fast it is. Hope this helps!

Haha! As you can see from my video, my first few steps were quite a thrill! :D Handrails are definitely something to think about before making a treadmill purchase. Do you ever feel like you're going to fall off on the side since there are no handrails? That is the only thing I worry about.
Hey, M.R. Garcia! For me, no, I never feel like I’m going to fall off the side/lean over. I do have my treadmill next to a wall so, if I do happen lean to one side I do use my hand on the wall but it is not a regular occurrence for me. If balance is something you are concerned about, I have seen quite a few other compact treadmills that have a very thin, foldable handrail that can be folded down or propped back up. Maybe check into those and see if they interest you. Whatever works for you, is best! Happy walking and good luck in your search!

It’s been 4 months since you posted this review. Do you still like it 100%?
I still love it, S Bennett. I have always enjoyed walking as my main form of exercise. It’s easy for me to do and it’s an activity I know I can maintain for the long haul. Only 30-40 minutes at 3.0 MPH gets me a good sweat and I’m done for the day! I also really like that this machine is small, compact, has low noise level, and not an eyesore. For me, it’s perfect. Hello, G S! On the treadmill’s display screen, it shows how for you’ve walked in miles (it shows the speed you were walking, how long you’ve been walking, how many calories you burned, and how far you’ve walked). This particular model does not connect to any apps or Apple Watch - but, that’s a great idea! I need to get an Apple Watch to track my steps and get my “activity rings” I’ve been hearing about.

Cristina Vega, I’ve just read online that some people have found that by calling the company they might be able to send you a replacement. Just in case you need this information, the remote takes “the flat kind of battery and it says CR2025.” (I read that online too). Good luck in your search!

Hey Ezetta, my husband had to help me when I was setting it up too. From our experience, when we unscrewed the treadmill belt the first time, we made sure to unscrew it with equal amount of turns of the screw on each side. So, for example, on the right screw, we unscrewed it 10 times, then, on the left screw we unscrewed it 10 times, as well - an even number of unscrewing on both sides. Then when we were tightening the treadmill belt back up, we did the exact same thing, an even number of tightening on each side of the belt. Maybe that will help you guys. Good luck! Hi Sean, this machine of mine only gets up to the highest speed of 4.0 MPH, a brisk walk for me. I posted a link in the description above to my product. I believe there are other models out there that may go faster. But, this one is mainly a walking treadmill. I wish I could help you, but unfortunately, I don’t have that machine. I do, however, LOVE waking. So, that’s why I bought this one. Happy treadmilling!

I gotta see how I will balance and the way I saw you walk confidently I realised I got to move my hands while I'm on it not to fall on my face. I like your laughter and humor, how is the machine been holding up for you and how would it be for kids that would be walking.?
:D I've had it for about 6 months now and, for me, there are no issues at all. I am using it about 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. The speed range on this treadmill is 0.5mph-4mph. The max speed on my treadmill is 4mph - at max speed, it definitely is a brisk walk for me. The low speeds, are slow at 0.5-1mph - so that's a safer walking speed for people not used to walking fast or with long legs.

However, GoPlus makes another compact, walking treadmill with a max weight of 265lbs (here is the link: amzn.to/3mVhBrw). I hope you find a treadmill that works best for you! I really love my walking treadmill as it is compact and is very useful in keeping me active while at home.
It looks good but I would like to see a fairly tall man use it. I'm wondering if it's long enough for someone who takes a bigger stride than the young lady. Good video by the way.

What's the maximum speed that you can increase to? 6.5?
Hey @Manny! The maximum speed on this treadmill is 4.0MPH, no higher. If you look at the 12:57-mark on my video, you will see the instructions manual - and, that it says the speed range is 0.5 MPH - 4.0 MPH. Hope this helps! Have fun walking!
@@SuzanneChannel that's the walking mode though. I just checked Amazon and it's says in description that's is from 1mph to 8 mph so that's good for running and jogging 👍 unless I am looking at a different model.

Hi, @Abigail Andino! There are some minor cons: the beeping (when adjusting the speed) is a bit on the louder side, and, the extension cord is about 5 feet long and needs to be near an outlet. However, I'm not sure these cons are much different from any other treadmill. From my experience, that's about it. I'm very happy with this treadmill. Also, there are speed preset buttons (for 2mph and 3mph, so you don't have to keep pushing the button to increase and decrease speed). And, I do find this treadmill to be on the quieter side. But, again, that's my experience. You can see from when I walk on it in this video and in my silicone oil video, it's a pretty quiet machine. Hello @Nurse Ngo, I do not think the treadmill is loud. Compared to a larger, gym-sized treadmill, I think this treadmill is quieter. However, with all treadmills, there is going to be some sound from the stepping and the belt moving - but if you hear in my video, this treadmill is not very loud and that is how it is to this day, after 6-7 months into using it. It is safe to say that there will be some sound during use, as with any treadmill, though. Also, just a tip, an exercise mat underneath the treadmill might help muffle sound (I linked on in the description box under "recommended products," if you’re interested) - I definitely understand this concern.
