Here's a thought. I believe the mod creator made all of the status effects viable, however, for almost every boss their luck is maxed at 50, preventing nearly all status effects from having any effect.
It would have been better, if bosses didn't have their luck capped, and instead was lowered to at least a point where status effects have a small chance of being applied, so this would allow a status effect inducing build to be more viable against bosses.
