We had asked the folks in the general store where we could take the dogs and they directed us to the trail and essentially gave us permission as it is marked “private”.
Isn't shooting the entrance to the lagoon fun? We did it on the dingy with the motor up on the way in but powered back out because we didn't want to wait for the change. JUST made it. Felt the outboard bounce off a rock once. (oops!) No damage. By kayak is smarter. ;-)

Yes it was a lot of fun and I would totally do it again even if we had to carry the kayak again.
