This was helpful. I will add some english description that would have been helpful. First enter the secondary setup screen by pressing quickly on the left side of the set up screen, then the bottom right. You can then scroll down to the roller setting which moves the roller into position for replacement. Rotate the printer to move the front upwards then remove the paper tray to access the rollers. Spread the plastic tabs at the rear of the pickup roller and gently pull up on the roller. Notice the orientation-it is not symetrical. The pull down on the pickup pad to move the guard out of the way and pull up on the pickup pad assembly-it is also not symetrical so note its orientation. Replace the pad assembly and snap it into place. Replace the pickup roller and snap it into place. Return the printer to normal orientation and power up. This is all it took and fixed my paper jam issue.
