I can see from the video that the Helicopter was moving too fast and it didn't have time to avoide the passenger get. Not only that but the Helicopter was flying too high.
It appears that the military chopper pilot might have had night spatial vision effect and lost spacing, which happens when using night vision goggles where some depth perception is lost. The chopper should have slowed down or circled until the jet landed instead of trying to cross behind the jet at the same altitude.
They were both on a collision course with each other no one is at fault directly seems like a bunch of things went horribly wrong all at once to cause it

There absolutely was. They were asked twice and responded in the affirmative that they saw it AND they requested visual separation, which was granted, and they were told to go behind the plane. 🤦🏻♂️

ATC radar did not pick up the two aircraft were on a collision course, no warning was issued to the pilots of either aircraft for being too close

ATC was in contact with both aircraft the whole time… maybe watch the video before commenting next time.

The airspace should have hypothetically been clear, the flight was diverted to a different runway shortly upon approaching the tarmac.
