I use to work at a coffee shop and know how to make the whip cream! You did everything right!
Fill the bottle up to the max line with cream,
Add 2-3 pumps of flavor if you'd like
Screw on the lid.
Load the nitrogen "bullet" into the attachment piece and attach it to the side
Screw it on to release the nitrogen
Then! Shake the bottle vigorously after you release the nitrogen.
This is what helps give it air and make the whipping texture. Sometimes you have to add another nitrogen "bullet" to get it to the consistency you want but that should work! Also you can add any type of syrup. I've added vanilla, peppermint, hazelnut etc. Hope that

Who else is sad that this ending wasn't her announcing her book release? Lmao that prologue was perfect! I can honestly say that yes you did help me find confidence in my own skin. After 2 kids, thyroid problems and other hormonal issues, my body significantly changed. What I saw on social media made me feel horrible bc I didn't look like any of them. You helped me see that my body is fine the way it is and I need to take care me and make me happy. I thank you.
Not me crying over this damn prologue. Girl if you do release it please know you're an amazing human, a wonderful mother and from what I've seen a truly inspiring writer.

The prologue just proves what a great voice and writing style you have. I’m sure the book would be an awesome experience to read, even through the tough parts. Someday, hopefully. If not, that’s cool too. Like you said, you wrote it for you and no one else!

Good morning!! I worked at Starbucks we used those things to make whip cream. Put several pumps of vanilla or another flavor in with the whipping cream, twist the charger until it releases in the can, and shake for like 1 min.
This! You can also use like 1/4 cup of sugar (former coffee shop worker)

I know I'm biased because I love my Sarah Rae, and I can't imagine putting myself out there for people to judge, but I honestly think you should publish your book. My Dad wrote a book, it was a history of the school for the blind he attended in Exeter, and it wasn't an epic or amazing piece of writing, but it was such an echievement for him and that made us all so proud to see the physical book that it became. And I want you to have that feeling of holding the published and finished article in your hands. I have no doubt that your writing from your heart will help people, too, so I hope you can muster the strength and courage to risk the judgment and criticism. A massive deal (I know I'd never be able to do it) but I think the positive will outweigh the negative!!!

I've been watching you for many many years and relate to you on so many levels, you've helped so many woman grow in so many ways including myself! You're truly an amazing person ❤️ and I've learned over the years people who say negative things are jealous and envious! So whatever you decide know there are hundreds of us who would love to read your story!

Girl I would love to read your book!!!!!!! I feel like the thing about a memoir is it never will be “bad”, your story is valid and it’s your story! People can have opinions about your writing style but they can’t really have opinions on your life…because it’s YOUR life. If you publish it, I’m certain people will love it - and if they don’t…BYE! Like you said, you have built such a great community based on that same story. You might reach people who need to hear a story like yours, and I think that’s more valuable than the people who may not love your writing. ❤

Watching you do the whipped cream was giving me flashbacks to my Starbucks days. Those things used to tear my hands UP. You did everything right minus the part where after the nitrogen releases you have to shake it. The canister will get really cold
Sarah, from what you’ve shared you’ve been through some things. I believe someone’s experience told can help give others the encouragement just to go another day. My dad has been telling me to write my story for years and I start but it’s just to hard to go back and re live some of it . Additionally I feel like I would have to wait for some people to die before I could publish it anyway Lol. All that to say take your time you will release your book if and when your ready. Folks that genuinely care about what you have to say will be here waiting when you do. ❤
