I feel insulted dealing with chatbots for "customer service". It's obvious that they're not people, but the pretend to be. They're wordy, inflexible, and timewasting.
This means that people who set it up are not very good at doing it. Chat bots are just a tool - much like a kitchen knife. If in right hands, it is a wonderful aid. If in wrong hands, then you can hurt yourself or your business :)
