I thin it really depends mainly on what type of photography you do and then also how many clients you’re holding down. So honestly to be able to track everything and keep things running smoothly I think you could start out with HoneyBook but on the same time if you’re not booking a lot that’s a hefty price to pay when starting out. Once you’re running into about let’s say 5-10 sessions at least a month or every other month I think it starts becoming important. It’ll help you stay on track with everything.
For fitting into my website there's 2 different ways I can add it to my website. Through my contact form on my contact page. And also, I could add a link to the client portal. I currently don't use this and just have my clients reply to my emails and we communicate that way.

For my client galleries I use a service called Pic-Time. So Honeybook handles all of the communication and payments for my clients and Pic-Time handles the gallery uploads, deliveries, downloads, and print orders.

For uploading the photos you'll need to use a different service for that. Honeybook is mainly for the client communication and contracts side of things.

Totally makes sense. I think it should be fairly easy. I'm not sure what WIX has on the backend but I know the HoneyBook team would also be able to help out with that.

Yes. Basically with Honeybook you're able to email your clients, as well as set them up with contracts to sign and to pay you for your services. It's pretty awesome.

It depends on what you're using Quickbooks for. Overall I would say the answer is no. HoneyBook does integrate with Quickbooks but depending on what you need Quickbooks for HoneyBook isn't going to fit all of those needs. It's more of a companion app along side Quickbooks.

That’s cool. HoneyBook is actually great for anyone even non-wedding photographers. I use it all of the time to send model release forms and contracts and get paid for non-wedding type work too! Basically any service based business can use it.
The app version is pretty different than the main version on desktop. They don't totally all work the same. However, there are a lot of the same features, but the desktop version is the main place where as the app is just supposed to be while you're mobile.

This way when someone inquires it goes straight into your HoneyBook. The automations also will work with every email address since they’re triggered inside of HoneyBook. So create whatever you need and you will be good to go.

You can’t. Honeybook is only for the client management, contract, receiving payments side of things.
How are you able to automatically link your emails to the "Activity" section? I'm not able to see any of the emails back and forth from the client

Currently at this time Honeybook can’t really help you set up custom emails. So you’ll have to have one of those yourself to use with HoneyBook.

There is. You can even set it up so certain inquiries from a form go to a specific person on your team and other things.
