I just found your channel ( more accurately, it found me) and am about to start at the beginning of this series of T150 rebuild. Cheers.

I've not quite yet finished building the engine, and then it will go back to the owner to then put it back in the frame and recommission the rest of the bike, so a while to go yet, but I don't forsee any problems.

On my T160 the bike starts up at 90-100 psi it will stay like that for 10 + minutes idling , and the pressure comes down to about 80 , sometimes when I rev it psi goes up , sometimes it goes down , when I ride it , it sits on 50psi @4000 , then when I got home at 4000 it was at 75 psi ! Might get another gauge to see of it reads the same , bike has 11,000 mile on original, is very quiet, PO has done alot to make a tidy bike all rubbers and seals painted tank , no smoke at all . Thought I'd fit a new relief valve first and check infeed line to pump if no better then maybe fit a new pump .it's on 20/50 high zinc . Any thoughts , great vids helpful , Cheers.

@@Cobra427Veight those oil pressure figures are generally absolutely fine, no need to worry or make any changes. The only thing that might be worth considering would be to just use straight 50 oil rather than 20/50 if you only ride in the Summer. However, the last reading of the pressure going up at the end is puzzling. I would suspect the gauge rather than the engine.
