The fact that Patricia's voice can project and fill up this space from what appears to be a cell phone video from down the hall shows what an extraordinary voice it is. There are many versions of Ave Maria, bit this is definitely the most beloved. I do hope that a professional recording of her singing this one is available before too long!

Unfortunately, she's being stifled, and not permitted to develop her potential which, I agree, is enormous. But whereas other singers are being encouraged internationally, it's easy to see that Patricia's spirits are low when you compare her now to a year ago when she sang Meine Lippen so seductively and with such a sense of fun.

The orchestra is sophisticated, but they put their 'style' before the music. They misshape the piece. Miss Janeckova has a beautiful voice. I would like to hear her with a more natural sounding accompaniment. The piece was written in the 1820's with a pianoforte accompaniment. It was intended to be very different from this.

the audio is awful because of the smartphone, and the movement is so distracting that it destroyed one of my most favorite renditions and versions of this song.
apparently patricia has christian values. obviously this doesn't mean she will be protected from the usual temptations but if she can steer clear of drugs, alcohol and unscrupulous, insincere men, her future is assured. on the face of it, she does appear to be an extremely charming young woman. if handled carefully, she will have a long illustrious career. i have spoken.

I took the trouble to listen to Janis Joplin. What I saw was an ugly old bag screaming as if she were quite mad. Miss Janeckova, in sharp contrast, is attractive and can really really sing.
