Did you notice the neat little easter egg where there is actually, if you look closely, a shotgun on the table while the player is playing the game with the dealer? Many suspect that this is because buckshot (the very word from the title!) is typically fired from a shotgun, being as it is a type of shotgun shell or ammunition. If you look even closer, there's also an easter egg where you shoot the shotgun at things; this is most likely a reference to shotguns historically being used for shooting.
"In round two, one of the items the player receives is a waiver, of the same form you signed those few minutes ago. Only, this isn't yours, and it's signed by one who denotes himself as, "GOD." I was unsure of the implications this could have, and turned to the internet for answers."

To emulate this as a PVP game, play Call Of Duty with 400+ ping. Your shotgun shells really are a 50/50 on if they'll kill the guy or if you drop dead.
A interesting game. It feels like it needs a few more opponents and something to change up the gameplay loop, but its a cool concept. Kinda reminds me a little of Inscryption, which is a game I'd love to see you play.
It's unclear to me if oboeshoes was only pretending to not know anything about this game before making every correct choice and getting the best set of items out of any UA-camr I have watched.....
This game looks a lot like Inscryption, but without the subtlety, the exploration, most of the atmosphere and the vast majority of content. And Inscryption already made me go "Wait wait wait, seriously?! There's not going to be more content?" when I realized the thing that happens at the end was happening. It was sad, but in fairness, indie team, indie resources, not having huge amounts of content was understandable. They did pretty darn good already. This thing... more of a little demo sort of piece, looks like. A neat idea, but pretty bare-bones.

Feel like this game was trying to capture the essence of the Resident Evil card minigame but just completely missed the mark
