Yeah, even though GT has a decent art style and is more consistently well drawn than Super, out of all the DB Anime, it has some of the weakest fight choreograpy. You won't find anything as spectacular as Goku vs Majin Vegeta, Piccolo vs 17 or UI Goku vs Kefla here.

Again, it's mostly drawn very nicely and consistently, but as far as animation, movement and choreography goes, it's kinda stiff and uninventive, even compared to many of GT's contemporaries. That said, there's of course nothing wrong with preferring GT's approach to fight scenes over Super's.
That wasn’t ssj2, that was super Vegeta. You can tell by the lack of electricity and the white glow. That’s what happened when he went super against Cell too
It was SSJ2. It isnt really noticeable especially on Vegeta, but the show wasnt that consistent anyways in terms of electricity and what not. So just based on logic in this situation its SSJ2. Super Vegeta was never used again by Vegeta cause there is no benefit
