That must have been an exhilarating vacation trip. Not many get to see those beautiful waterfalls, Fjords, cliffs, black sand beaches, thermal springs, volcanic sites both past and current, and the Northern Lights. Magnificent!

Breathtaking - every picture. Didn't seem to be a lot of people though. But the waterfalls - just amazing❤️❤️❤️
It was very picturesque everywhere and yes quite quiet too. We went slightly out of the usual school holiday season which helped I think but it was wonderfully uncrowned most places. ❤️

Oh thank you so much! It’s felt like a bit of a magnum opus it’s taken me so long! We went about a month ago, mid April. It was just starting to get milder here and then we went to Iceland which felt more like winter again. ❤️

Thank you so much!! Yes we did see the northern lights here at home too. It was the strangest thing to go all the way to Iceland and catch a small glimpse and then have a display right at home. We actually saw them more clearly at home!! The food was great. It’s expensive there and we didn’t go to anywhere fancy but everything was so fresh and tasty it was lovely. ❤️
