Your new home is lovely….this December I will have been in this house 60 year! I do try to sort through my “stuff” and donate what I can’t use or don’t want anymore so that when I do make my next or final move it won’t be so hard on my daughter. (my only child)

I understand it’s quite a process to buy a home in U.K. unlike here in the US it’s a breeze. You can be done and moved in about a month and that’s even getting a mortgage.
Oh goodness yes that seems so quick to me! I mean ours was particularly long and drawn out, so not a typical move from that point of view but 2-3 months is more usual here. ☺️❤️
Sandra your house is lovely. Girl u have the gift of decor. You put things together so good they look so sweet and cozy. I never knew Little Miss’s name MILLIE adorable, as precious as she is. How is she liking college? I went right to my sewing machine and started sewing little hearts to hang on my doorknobs. You give me so many wonderful ideas for decorating. And you look so pretty Sandra. Doing all that work it looks as if you never get tired. I wish I could bake a coffee cake and come for a visit to your brand new beautiful home. Bertie has acclimated to his surroundings quite well. We send Bertie kisses and much love ❤️ to you and your family

Yes I always called her Little Miss from way back in the blogging days when she was just a young thing and I guess as got used to it! I guess my Miss isn’t quite so little any more. She’s doing well though and enjoying her time in Cornwall. They have lots of field trips this term so she gets to see lots of different places which is fun. Umm well I certainly wouldn’t say no to cake and cozy chat would be lovely wouldn’t it! Bertie will take all the fuss going so everyone would be happy! ☺️❤️

🇺🇸i find your all’s house purchasing process very interesting…i’ve watched a couple other youtubers in ur country go thru the process and it seems a little disconcerting to me, compared to our process here in the states. Everyone (or at least, all realtors) shows up to the closing and Once the closing has taken place, it’s a done deal here…no questions…keys exchanged and voila! It’s yours/theirs.
